The Prince Omoha Foundation is one of the leading private nonprofit organisations in Nigeria dedicated to empowering young Nigerian men and women across all 36 states in Nigeria and Africa. The foundation enhances opportunities for social change through strategic investments that improve health and well-being, promotes quality education, broadens economic empowerment opportunities, and supports the orphanage community.

Founded in 2018 by Nigerian Entrepreneur and Philanthropist, Prince Omoha J. Nduka, the foundation represents his commitment to creating a new generation of entrepreneurs through his investment company, Prince Luxury Group. The Prince Omoha Foundation aims to bridge the gap by empowering men and women entrepreneurs across Nigeria to induce economic growth, curb poverty, and ensure job creation.

The foundation believes that the private sector’s role remains critical for Africa’s economic development and emphasizes the importance of utilizing resources to create both social and economic wealth for distributed prosperity. It seeks to identify, nurture, connect, and implement its vision and mission goals to aspiring entrepreneurs across the continent.

The Foundation is also the corporate social responsibility arm of the Prince Luxury Group and has contributed over N100,000,000 Million in charitable funds in Nigeria and Africa.

Since its inception, the Prince Omoha Foundation has funded a total of 446 entrepreneurs who have created more than 4,000 direct and indirect jobs through the empowerment initiatives.

In September 2024, the Foundation disbursed N25.5 million Naira to fund 102 young entrepreneurs across 36 states in Nigeria with a non-refundable seed capital of N250,000 naira per beneficiary.
