The Prince Omoha Foundation is one of the Leading Private Nonprofit organizations in Nigeria, to empower young Nigerian men and women across all 36 states in Nigeria and Africa. enhancing opportunities for social change through strategic investments that improve health and well-being, Promoting quality education and broadening economic empowerment opportunities, as well as supporting the orphanage community.

The Foundation was Founded in 2018 by Nigerian Entrepreneur and Philanthropist, Prince Omoha J. Nduka. and represents his commitment to creating a new generation of entrepreneurs, through his investment company, Prince Luxury Group. The Prince Omoha Foundation was built with the intent to bridge the space and passion by empowering men and women Entrepreneurs across Nigeria, to induce economic growth, curbing poverty to limitation, and ensuring job creation.

Through the Foundation Philosophy and believe that the Private sector’s role remains critical for Africa’s economic development and that the private sector must utilize resources in creating both social and economic wealth as a distributed prosperity, by identifying, nurturing, connecting, and implementing its vision and mission goals to aspiring entrepreneurs across the continent.

The Foundation is also the corporate social responsibility arm of the Prince Luxury Group. It is responsible for contributing over $100,000 in charitable funds in Nigeria and Africa.

Since its inception, the Prince Omoha Foundation has now funded a total of 246 entrepreneurs who have created more than 2,230 direct and indirect jobs and counting Through the empowerment.

In December 2021 the Foundation Funded 72 young entrepreneurs across 36 states in Nigeria with a non-refundable seed capital of N250,000 naira per beneficiaries.
