Omoha Nduka John is one of Nigeria’s Young Business leaders, Entrepreneurs, and philanthropists. He is the Chairman and CEO of Prince Luxury Group (PLG) Nigeria’s fastest-growing conglomerate, and also the Founder of Prince Omoha Foundation (POF), a Private Philanthropic nonprofit organization that empowers young Nigerians and African Entrepreneurs in a way of giving back to society

Childhood and Family
Prince Omoha was born in the city of Abakaliki on 3 September 1995 into the Dynasty Of His Royal Majesty Eze Omoha Nwafor l from Ebonyi state, Nigeria He grew up with an amazing and loving family Who encouraged and motivated his interest in entrepreneurship at an early age.
Education and the beginning of his Entrepreneurship
In 2010, The self-taught and self-made entrepreneur, Prince Omoha began his career at the age of 14 years when he set up a mobile top-up (recharge card) business with the sum of three thousand naira (N3,000) at Ezzamgbo junction. He Attended Primary Education at Practicing School Ezzamgbo (PS) where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate. From there he proceeded to Victory Comprehensive Secondary School both in Ezzamgbo, an area in Ohaukwu Local government, Abakaliki, Ebonyi state, South East Nigeria. During his secondary level, he usually visited his elder brother In Lagos whom he assisted in his trading during School holidays. Throughout his visitations, he made substantial savings and moved into raw materials (agro) trading in 2012, where he made his first one million Naira (N1,000,000).

The Turnaround
In 2013, A year after earning a reasonable amount from Agro trading locally, as a young Entrepreneur with a vision for greater success. Omoha started seeking international partnerships and joined some of the Global Import and Exports (Facebook group pages) members and began Advertising and promoting Nigeria’s agro and mineral Products, where he luckily met his first international customer from Hong Kong, in 2015, He invited the company’s team to Nigeria to build a long-term business and they made a physical deal. From that part he got his first million-dollar contract to supply mineral stones and other agro products to the company, This part led to his close business relationship with Hong Kong investors, From partnering to establishing an investment management company and Promoting African huge investment opportunities with the foreign investors

Real Estate And Other Portfolio
In 2015, Prince Omoha ventured into Real Estate as a Developer and Investor. He made History when he Founded Prince Luxury Group. PLG is a privately owned conglomerate committed to improving lives and development, through long-term investments in strategic sectors of the Nigerian economy including real estate, Logistics, construction, and Agribusiness. Since then, PLG has rapidly developed into a fully-fledged diversified group with its presence in Nigeria and Hong Kong, This action sealed his reputation as a business expert and one of Africa’s youngest
business leaders.
The Prince Omoha Foundation
In a bid to actualize his dream of inspiring a positive change, the resource-driven CEO, Prince Omoha has been making a meaningful impact in the Nigerian environment through life-transforming corporate social responsibility programs focused on empowerment, education, and capacity building.
In 2018, he founded The Prince Omoha Foundation (POF), a Private Pan-African philanthropic organization, which currently empowers 72 young men and women entrepreneurs annually across 36 states in Nigeria with a non-refundable seed capital of 250,000 Naira per participant and hopes to extend to 100 entrepreneurs extensively in 2022, conforming with the PLG Corporate Social Responsibility. Since its launch, the foundation has been funding young entrepreneurs and equipping them with created ecosystems for commitment and implementation
Prince Omoha’s businesses and foundations are inspired by his economic philosophy which positions Entrepreneurship, as the greatest form of personal, social, and economic development.
Other Interests
In addition to the foundation’s work, Omoha has separately taken on some projects to address issues that interest him personally, such as delivering public clean drinking water taps and Boreholes to many communities in rural areas and providing school supplies to thousands of pupils across different institutions in his home state to promote education. In all his work with the foundation and otherwise on what he calls Economic philanthropy: investments in young entrepreneurs, promoting education, and providing water to the rural community that will improve life for the poorest. They’re solutions to problems where markets and governments underinvest.
Awards and Honours
Prince Omoha is a Fellow of the international Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, (CIPRMP) Ghana, he won Nigeria’s Youngest CEO of the Year by Nigeria Entrepreneurs Award 2019. In recognition of his business leadership and philanthropic activities, he was bagged the African Young Entrepreneur and Humanitarian Personality of The Year Awards by Africa Value Award (AVA 2021 ), and in 2022 The Guardian Newspaper Named him among The 50 most impactful and award-winning CEOs that Contributed to Nigeria’s GDP growth in 2021
