Omoha Nduka John well known as Prince Omoha Nduka or simply called Prince Omoha is a Nigerian Entrepreneur, investor and Philanthropist. He grew up in abakaliki, Ebonyi State, with an amazing and loving family Who encouraged and motivated his interest in entrepreneurship at an early age.
Today, he is the Founder, chairman and Chief Executive officer of a privately owned conglomerate company,Prince Luxury Group. Committed to improving lives and developing human capital of Nigeria and indeed africa and the world. and also the Founder of Prince Omoha Foundation (POF), a philanthropic nonprofit organization which is empowering young Nigerians and African Entrepreneurs in a way of giving back to the society.
01 – early life
Education and the beginning of his Entrepreneurship
The Nigerian self-taught and self-made entrepreneur, Prince omoha (born 3 September 1995) began his career as a mobile recharge card vendor at the age of 14 years, he spent most of his time selling recharged cards at Ezzamgbo junction after returning from school
In 2010-2011, he usually visited his elder brother In Lagos and assists him in his business during Extended break from school. throughout his visitations he made a substantial savings and venture into agro and mining dealerships in 2012 where he made his first one million naira (N1,000,000) and became a millionaire at the age of 16 years.
02 – early career
A year after making millions from Agro and mining dealerships locally, as a young Entrepreneur with vision for greater success. He started advertising his products on the internet (Facebook) seeking for international partnership until, he met a Chinese client that was interested in his products and he invited them to Nigeria, and made a physical deal, from that part he got his first $1 million dollar contract to supply mineral stones and animal hides to the Chinese company In Hong Kong.
Thereafter, he visited Hong Kong for International trade and later returned back to Nigeria after the gold price crashed in 2014.

Real Estate And Other Ventures
In 2015, Prince Omoha ventured into Real Estate as a Developer and Investor. He made History when he Founded Prince luxury Group (PLG) in 2015 as the parent company of the other subsidiaries.
Prince luxury Group is a Nigerian privately owned conglomerate company with interests in Real estate, logistics, Construction, stocks and Agribusiness. Since then, the company have rapidly developed into a fully-fledged, diversified group with a stake in a wide range of business sectors. Presently in Nigeria and Hong Kong (China) This action sealed his reputation as a business expert and one of Africa’s youngest fast rising influential business leader.

The Prince Omoha Foundation
In a bid to actualize his dream of inspiring a positive change, the resource-driven CEO Prince omoha has been making meaningful impact in the Nigerian environment through life-transforming corporate social responsibility programs focused on empowerment’s, education and capacity building.
In 2018, he founded The Prince Omoha Foundation (POF), a pan-African philanthropic organization, which currently empowers 72 young men and women entrepreneurs across the 36 states of Nigeria with a non-refundable seed capital of 250,000 naira per participant annually with plans to extend the program to 100 small scale entrepreneurs in 2022, conforming with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal Agenda 2030, as well as the POF Corporate Social Responsibility.
The Prince Omoha Foundation is increasingly sharing its unique prosperity and ability to identify, mentor, train, and fund young entrepreneurs across Nigeria and Africa. This art was inspired by his economic philosophy of Pan Africanism Investment, which positions the private sector, and most importantly entrepreneurs, as the bridge catalyst and economy pilots for the social and economic development of the African continent.
